The optimal administered dose is 100–200 mg every 2–3 days. The most effective dose that yields consistent results is approximately 400 mg per week.

Masteron is a synthetic androgen (male hormone) similar to testosterone. Drostanolone Propionate binds strongly to androgen receptors, allowing it to interact with cellular mechanisms involved in protein synthesis. This process can increase the synthesis of certain proteins or decrease others. These proteins act in various ways, including blocking the growth of specific breast cancer cells, stimulating male sexual characteristics, and enhancing red blood cell production.
